Vodka-French Lasagna

Spinach, Chicken, Artichoke French Lasagna with feta, mozzarella and provelone cheeses

    Steps

  1. Par-boil pasta, grill chicken, and saute artichoke hearts.
  2. Add sauce to saute. Mix in vodka, cream and feta.
  3. Layer all ingredients, top with provelone and mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 45min at 350 degrees.
  5. Cool and serve with parsley and parmesan.
